    Troubleshooting

    Some carriers and business phone systems use different star codes or require forwarding to be configured inside phone settings or an admin portal. Try your device’s call forwarding settings, then contact us if you want help.

    Some providers let you shorten the no-answer delay. Others do not. If you can’t adjust it yourself, we can help you test and decide whether busy/no-answer forwarding or a different setup is the better fit.
